Getting Started
Login Process
- Secure phone number-based authentication
- Account pre-created by your company
First-Time Login Steps:
- Enter your phone number
- Receive a verification code via SMS
- Enter the code to access your account
First-Time Setup
After your first login, you’ll be directed to the Start Page featuring:
Welcome Slides Highlighting Key Features:
- Stay Connected: Connect with dispatch, drivers, customers, and corporate
- Get Loaded: Access detailed load information
- Be You: Build your profile and share your experiences

Profile Management
Viewing Your Profile
Your profile displays:
- Profile photo (add or change)
- Basic Information:
- Additional Details:
- Home location
- Date of birth
- Date of hire
- Emergency contact information
- Vehicle information (Tractor VIN, Trailer VIN, Reefer serial number)
- About me section
Editing Your Profile
- Click the "Edit profile" button
- Modify any of these fields:
- Home location
- Date of birth
- Date of hire
- Emergency contact
- Contact name
- Vehicle information
- About me section
- Save your changes
Load Management
Load Overview
The Loads page includes two sections:
- Active Loads
- In Queue Loads
Accepting a Load
When no active load is available:
- Go to the In Queue Loads section
- Browse available loads
- Select a load for details
- Accept the load to make it active
Managing Active Loads
While on an active load, you can:
- Change load status as needed
- Upload required documents:
- Proof of delivery
- Bill of lading
- Inspection reports
- Damage reports
- Other specific documents
Document Upload Process
- Select document type
- Choose upload method:
- Select from gallery
- Take a picture
- Skip for later
- Review and confirm uploads
Payments
The Payments section is currently under development and will be available in a future update.
